Octopus Energy Referral Terms and Conditions
- Octopus Energy reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of any Promotion without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of a Promotion, our decision shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- You will not be eligible for the referral offer if:
- If you are an existing customer of Octopus Energy (including any of its whitelabel brands), or is supplied under the Bulb energy supply licence;
- If you cancel your agreement with Octopus Energy before your Supply Start Date or first successful direct debit payment;
- If you have been a customer of Octopus Energy within the last 12 months;
- If you are not referred through a personalised link. Referrals not made through a Personalised Link, for example if you sign up through a third party such as a price comparison site, or which are claimed retrospectively are not eligible and will not be rewarded.
