How To Claim Your Bill Credit
There are several ways to claim your £50 or £100 bill credit from Octopus Energy.
- The easiest way is to complete your switch to Octopus Energy on their website.
- If you prefer to switch over the telephone, contact Octopus Energy and quote the following code over the phone “tough-snail-7955“.
- If you have forgotten to tell Octopus about your switch and your switch is in progress, then you could either telephone them as above or email octopus at hello@octopus.energy and quote the referral code “tough-snail-7955”.
- Finally if your switch is complete and you still have forgotten to get your referral claim in, there may be a box on the dashboard account area when you log-in to Octopus Energy. If there is, just submit the code “tough-snail-7955” into the text box and submit it. If there isn’t a text box you may want to telephone Octopus or email them at hello@octopus.energy and quote the referral code “tough-snail-7955“.
